Peer-to-Peer Interactive Webinar for Professionals | May 17, 2021, 1 pm EDT

A little more than a year ago, we all learned about a deadly pandemic that would change our life as we knew it. Things we relied and counted on were no longer there and we needed to find new strategies, routines and ways of doing our work. As things start to slowly open up, how might this transition back affect me and my work.

In our presentation, we will:

  • Define Trauma, Secondary Trauma and Post-Traumatic Growth

  • Explore our own experience with working and the pandemic

  • Discuss how to stay resilient as we “reboot” and possibly reconfigure our work lives

  • Experience a short mindfulness exercise
