Since 1928, 48 Wall Street has stood as a landmark of architectural excellence in Manhattan's Financial District. Once home to the Bank of New York, this historic venue retains its original 1920's grandeur from the soaring 30-foot ceilings and Palladian windows to the grand marble staircase that has welcomed generations. Today, this iconic space hosts the city's most memorable events, blending timeless elegance with modern sophistication.

Our live auction fundraiser was an exciting highlight of the evening, bringing our community together in a spirited, high-energy way to directly support our mission. Every bid placed and every paddle raised translated into meaningful impact, helping us expand our programs, reach more people in need, and strengthen the work at the heart of FamilyKind. This signature event turns generosity into action, creating unforgettable memories while driving vital support for families in need.
The Auctioneer
The evening's Auctioneer, Samantha Saturley Kelley, is the CEO of Tranzon Alderfer, Tranzon Auction Properties, and Tranzon Driggers, leading real estate auction sales throughout the East Coast and Southeast. She works with private sellers, families, attorneys, and institutional clients on complex property decisions, bringing clarity, discretion, and a steady hand to every transaction.
A third-generation auctioneer, Sam learned the profession from her grandfather and father, shaping a career grounded in fairness, transparency, and thoughtful resolution—particularly during pivotal moments.
Sam lives in Westport, Connecticut, with her husband and three sons and is actively involved in charitable and community efforts.
